Intercity Bus User Reviews
Intercity Bus has received mixed feedback from users. Many reviews highlight issues with punctuality, as several passengers experienced delays in both pick-up and arrival times. Some customers also noted discomfort due to the use of smaller vans instead of buses, lack of amenities like toilets or Wi-Fi, and temperature control problems inside vehicles. However, there are positive remarks about helpful support teams keeping travelers informed about bus locations and smooth driving experiences when on schedule.
This was my first time using intercity bus. I am 81 and a friend dropped me off at the arrivals level but l still had to go inside and down the escalator to another level. I had to ask for help to locate post 4 but luckily l was able to get myself there in decent time. A very helpful Flixbus driver told me l was in the right place and that sometimes when there aren’t very many passengers for the last bus, it might be a small van and it turned out that he was correct. The intercity van arrived about 10 minutes after the scheduled arrival time and the driver put my roller case in the back and l boarded. A couple of others did as well. We departed about 5 minutes later , had a smooth drive from Pearson Airport to Woodstock arriving exactly on time. I was the only passenger getting off and the driver was efficient in remembering which bag was mine and was careful in unloading. All in all it was a good first experience and l have a couple of Toronto friends who l will be recommending this service to so they can easily come to visit without having to contend with driving the 401.

The schedule is unrealistic. During the day it is impossible to get from Western to the bus station to via rail to a petrol station to south Wellington and then to Pearson within the stated journey time when there are huge amount of ongoing roadworks on Wellington. Also there seemed to be an intermittent problem with the front passenger axel/wheel as several times there was obviously a mechanical niggle.

I have always used them and they are the safest ones to use.. I don't have any complaints at all.. I like the service, the driving is good the experience is good it's very comfortable seats and all the drivers are always nice and pleasant and the prices are affordable they are phenomenally affordable

The bus was late for almost an hour, almost miss my flight

Sadly we got moved to a 12 seater sprinter. It was a nice ride, but we couldn't sit beside our young daughters and we stopped on the highway for coffee when we were already running late. Needless to say we were 50 minutes late. Not to mention the drive was constantly on his phone taking taking calls. Not professional and didn't feel safe driving at that speed on the 401.

The bus driver was very courteous, a nice gentleman. One of the passengers was very rude, talking very load on her phone and spitting. She also kept trying to get out of the bus all along the street in downtown Toronto
