Marga Taqsa User Reviews
Marga receives praise for its punctuality, cleanliness, and comfortable seating. Passengers appreciate the friendly staff and well-coordinated border crossings. However, some reviews highlight challenges with communication due to language barriers as English is not widely spoken by the staff or in announcements. Additionally, issues such as non-functional USB chargers and occasional delays were noted by travelers seeking better ventilation during journeys.
Our guide was great even though he didn’t speak English, and us little Spanish. Assisted with border forms and crossing. He was an older gentlemen, shame we didn’t get his name! Journey was a bit longer than expected, given the time at the border and also the unbuilt roads towards them but these things can’t be helped

Roughly time, comfortable seats, driver only spoke Spanish so it was difficult knowing what was happening when we were delayed. We had to stop at a truck stop for 6 hours due to strong Patagonian winds. There was little communication and we didn't really know what was happening or how long it would be. The drivers didn't seem to know either and just shrugged when asked. A meal voucher would have been appreciated.

Canceled the trip. Made us wait two hours for that determination. Only refunded me 70% despite me not having any control over the issue.

Timely departure nice staff but bus was freezing cold

We were told that the bus was being moved from 11:20am, to 8am. This was fine. They failed to mention that this then resulted in a route via Rio Gallegos and an additional 12hours on the trip from the expected time. We only knew this once we had been presented the physical tickets and would not have travelled had to of been aware of the additional travel time.

The bus ride was great and the seats were comfortable. I think the bus station could have better signage
