Catarinense User Reviews
Catarinense is praised for its comfortable and well-maintained buses, with many users appreciating the smooth rides and reclining seats. The company has a strong reputation in Brazil. However, some passengers experienced challenges such as unclear boarding instructions and connectivity issues with Wi-Fi. Additionally, there were mixed feelings about air conditioning settings on board.
Everything went fine: the registration was very easy, the bus was very comfortable, and the most important thing is that they don’t require to enter a CPF for payments (as the other companies do). Also there was a gift: a free eSIM for 3 days, that was very nice and handy.

In Florianopolis I had my ticket on my phone. The queue to get my paper ticket was 45 minutes. Staff were soooo slow and didn't seem to care. I had 5 minutes to board. In Sao Paulo no-one knew where the connecting company's ticket office was. Tried 4 places. In the end, went to the boarding area and was reluctantly allowed on without a printed ticket. The wifi was non existent And the USB charging point didnt work. Poor service and communication. The good point. I made my destination.

I was very dissatisfied. We had over a 2 hour stoppage that we have no idea why. It caused us to miss our connecting bus to Tatui.

Easy storage and good security for checked baggage. Long journey but enjoyable due to comfy seats. Love how boarding procedures are so systematic and that bus arrived and departed on time.

Catarinense a good quality bus. It is a well known long distance bus company in Brazil, and so has a good reputation to.strive to maintain and improve. The only problem for me was the air vent did not blow cery hard.

Our bus left perfectly on time and arrived on time. The staff were helpful and everything was as described
