Futura generally provides a comfortable travel experience with timely departures and arrivals, as well as complimentary personal TVs offering music and movies. However, some users have reported issues such as unhelpful staff, lack of bathroom supplies, occasional unpleasant odors on the bus, and non-functional screens without headphones.

There was misunderstanding with the Terminal and the bus was delayed one hour, even tho I give five stars, because of the behaviour and quality of the driver. We were on 1100km long trip with him without any problems, it was comfortable, just WiFi would be nice, but I don't mind.
