Bus Tickets from Terminal Retiro to Mendoza

Conforme aux attentes. Petit point d’attention sur les prises électriques qui ne fonctionnaient pas.

We were promised a hot meal and a television. They didn’t give us any food nor did they allow us to get off the bus to buy our own food. The television also didn’t work.

Nice staff, terrible bus ride. Worst design in public transportation I’ve ever experienced.

Would not book this company again, reclining seat was broken...kept popping back up making it difficult to sleep. We booked executive seats and the food was terrible and the tv barely worked. Outlets also didnt charge. But was very hot and the bathroom was dirty.

We placed a 2 piece backpack on the bus, when we arrived we found the day pack removed. This would have happened at the departure terminal! In future we will not get onto the bus until we see the language compartment closed.

Not so clean and food was average. Given the price I would have certainly expected something better

The bus didn't turn up and we waited in the station for five hours. Staff were no help at all and eventually, we gave up, paid for an additional night in our hotel and booked a plane ticket for the next day.

No hand soap and bathroom smelt of wee. Could have turned the heating down during the night as was very warm. Very comfortable considering the length of the journey and attentive staff. I'd recommend.

The staff was very lovely. I was happy with cena but not breakfast. I would have liked something more other than a sugary alfajor. I also was not happy with my leg room. I have been on other buses with more room and wasn't expecting to be so cramped.

It was a painless 15 hour drive: the seats leaned back and had leg rests. I really can't complain.

Very efficient and got us in on time however no blanket or pillow provided so come prepared

Seats comfortable with plenty of room but this was first long bus trip in Argentina so unaware there were no scheduled food stops - only stopping to pick up/drop passengers. Occasional vendors but not every stop.

The most horrendous bus trip we have ever had to endure. Children coughing and screaming on us, running around jumping into empty seats to play in before new passengers came on to sit in those seats - incredibly unsafe and unsanitary! The locks on our bags had both been broken into and items stolen from inside our bags. When we collected them at the end of our trip from the under carriage the men asked us for tips which was so insulting considering our bags had been broken into and personal belongings stolen. We have never experienced any bus ride quite like this - it was absolutely awful, and we would NOT recommend anyone to book central argentino EVER.

I never once saw a staff member once I was on the bus. I paid the upgrade which stated I would get a meal as well as entertainment which there were none of either. The bus also arrived an hour and a half later than scheduled. A really bad experience.

Comfy seats, pretty much on time (arrived 30 mins late to Mendoza from BA). The only annoying thing was the noisy tvs that were on until late and early morning - turn them off 😅

Booked a Cama Ejecutivo and it wasn't even a real lie down bed, just a reclining seat. Ended up with swollen ankles. Also no soap in the bathroom.

Via Bariloche used to be a bus service, but it seems to have gone downhill. My seat wouldn't maintain its position and kept reclining further than I wanted. Also, they used to serve meals, but no longer. On a 15 hour trip I would have welcomed a snack or breakfast.

Bus on time, clean and comfy seats. Also they have the friendliest staff versus other South American companies!

It was difficult to find the platform in Buenos Aires. Very confusing! The ticket said 55 or 27. The worker said 68. The electronic display said 26. Then it was Bus Bar, but we were looking for Via Tex, which was in the side f the bus. All that said, each and every person we talked with from the company was very polite and helpful.

Awful. They didn’t offer any food, drink or Wi-Fi. The bus was freezing and they didn’t put the heating on. They showed one movie but nowhere to plug in and not load enough. The USB cord didn’t work so was bored for 14 hours. The bathroom had period blood on it and no soap. Awful experience

No toilet paper, only hot water and not the highest standard and cleanliness, but they provided us with coffee and tea twice and had a heater for most of the trip

My experience was poor. The bus was an hour and a half late. I sat by the screens in Buenos Aires terminal from about 2:30 with my eyes on the screen waiting for the bus. By about 4:15 I was getting a little frustrated as no one at near the bus waiting area could give me any information only to wait, so I went to el rápido to ask what was going on. I was told the bus should arrive in 15 minutes or so. With this time I decided to go to the toilet as I had been waiting for the bus to arrive to do so and get some cash. After going back to the terminal and waiting another half hour I learned that the bus had been and gone without me in the 10 minutes that I was away. I didn’t see any mention of it’s arrival on the tv screens display departures. So unbelievably frustrating. I then had to purchase another ticket and am waiting to see if I can get a refund.

The bus we got had an issue with the air conditioning, it got stuck on the coolest setting and the staff couldn't stop it. What was originally planned as a 16.5 hour trip from Buenos Aires to Mendoza took us 19 hours in the coldest bus I've ever been in. The staff gave us instant coffee sachets twice to try beat the cold but overall, not a very nice experience...

The driver and assistant were great. However, they did not turn on the electricity to use the USB ports or turn o the lights on the upper deck. We asked. The driver said he would, and he did not.

This isn't a great company to travel with. The bus was old, unfriendly staff and toilet was bad compared to other bus companies.

Comfy seats and enough space for legs. No delay , we arrived perfect on time. Friendly drivers!
