Edouardo, the bus driver was prompt to arrive in Chiquila, extremely professional, and we arrived at the airport on time. He was helpful when I had questions about the airport and was kind enough to assist me as a solo traveler. The bus was also very clean and comfortable.

The journey was good, the driver clearly let us know which stop we were at. Only problem is the bus depot in Cancun which is chaotic, there is an electronic display that only shows about half of the departures the rest are called out by whoever is at the gate and cannot be heard above the noise of the crowds.

It was fine. The signage in the airport does not make clear where it will arrive. The road is not great (lots of bumps) but that's not the companies fault. No easy way to travel comfortably in this part of Mexico.
