Really good. The only thing I would add was the email said that I had to have paper copies of the ticket. We had booked the night before and don't travel with a printer so it caused some mild stress that we wouldn't be allowed on the bus. However, the driver accepted the e-ticket without an issue.

Unlike the goldliner I took when I was coming which almost cooked me alive, the aircoach was far better with a comfortable ambience and smooth drive. What didn't I like? The driver was not courteous he kept on asking me questions about a small plate of lunch I was carrying that I had to go back to check my ticket to make sure if it was stated no food and drinks on board. Outside that, I think I was satisfied.
