ALSA User Reviews
ALSA offers a comfortable and modern travel experience, with punctual services often highlighted by users. Many appreciate the free Wi-Fi on board. However, there are concerns about disorganized boarding processes and lack of communication from drivers regarding stops. Additionally, some passengers noted issues such as non-functioning charging ports and limited toilet facilities during long journeys.
I've observed that Alsa is very punctual. This is so important because sometimes we need to change the destination. The drivers are helpful and kind. They announce all the necessary information. Alsa seats are comfortable. And, this is a plus point in the favour this company. I'll surely will use Alsa again

The bus was fine once I boarded . There were no visual information stating at which platform the bus departed from and staff to direct customers to their bus. No clear announcements in Spanish regarding which stop we were at. Even the Spanish didn't know where to get off.

The bus was some 30' behind schedule, but there was no way of knowing this. Your service would be improved by including access to real time updates.

Very enjoyable bus ride. An efficient good service

Good trip overall but checking in/entering the bus is not organized well. People are already gathered around the bus even before the driver has arrived. Checking tickets happens then in a chaotic/non-organized manner.
