Our tickets clearly stated that one piece of luggage per passenger was included. However, the driver forced us to pay cash for our luggage, refused to provide a receipt, and appeared to pocket the money. The driver kept the bathroom door locked throughout the trip, denying passengers access to the restroom. The air conditioning in the back of the bus, where I was seated, was turned off. Despite multiple requests from passengers, the driver refused to turn it back on. The driver yelled aggressively at my friend when she tried to check on her son near the restroom. The driver spoke almost no English and was unable to read my ticket. He screamed at me while I was trying to board, and a local person had to step in to translate so I could show my valid ticket.

Did not enjoy rude bus driver! Always delays, never on time..

The bus was 45 minutes late arriving in Trieste so we missed our train which cost us 90 euros and a lot of inconvenience. Border control added to the delay however without that the bus had no chance of getting to the destination at the scheduled time. There were no traffic delays or bad weather. The company needs to have more realistic travel times.
