Coomotor receives praise for its comfortable rides and punctuality, with some users expressing satisfaction with the overall experience. However, there are mentions of overbooking issues leading to delays and discomfort during transfers. Additionally, a few passengers noted that the air conditioning was set too cold on certain journeys.

Not good handling with the AC (was cold or hot). Also way to much stops on the way from the start to the end. It took 1 hour more because of this! And the seats in the front have almost no legroom it was terrible!

First of all, let's ignore the unreasonable traffic jams because that's the only thing that wasn't the company's fault. Let's start with the fact that the bus was half an hour late, then there were lots of unreasonable and dangerous stops for no reason and no response. The driver drove dangerously and I feared for my life. We arrived 5 hours late instead of at 6pm, almost at 11pm!!!

The bus was lovely; however, it broke down near Bogotã and we had to wait over 2 hours for another bus. We were over 5.5 hours late arriving at Terminal Salitre. I missed my bus connection. Traffic in Bogotá is always congested and this should also have been factored into the arrival time, which was given as 1600. We arrived at 2135.

The reason why I took this company versus the other company is because this one was supposed to have a bigger bus with air conditioning in the bathroom. But when I got to the bus station they told me that the bus had malfunction and they can give me a different bus to a different location and from there another bus to San Agustin the second bus was smaller without a bathroom and the AC didn't work. was terrible
