Overall, Indian Trail is considered a nice way to travel.
Bus Driver couldn't give me address where we would be arriving in Madison so I could tell my pick up driver the location

I would take it agin. No question. Nice way to travel.
Edward S.
Indian Trails drivers were just plain nice with warm greetings. But the Miller Transportation drivers were the worst of the worst. Bad attitudes. Not willing to help answer questions at all. Indian Trails drivers did answer and guided me to where and what bus my connecting bus was located at. Miller not so much.
Piotr M.
Clean buses, friendly and in control drivers, on time and smooth driving. I would use them again.
Kevin C.
The weather was bad and I asked the driver the time of arrival because my ticket and email were confusing. He was very rude… told me we would get there when we get there. Went to ask another question and he cut me off from speaking. The driver was the one from east lansing to Grand Rapids. I’m not sure I’ll ride again based on the rudeness of the driver!
Kimberlee M.
Good bus, good staff, but my bus got cancelled and I received no communication about it until I was at the station ready to leave. No text, email, or call saying that it was cancelled.
