I recently had a commendable experience with Intercape Budgetliner. The bus arrived promptly at 4:20 PM, impressively early for a scheduled departure time of 4:30 PM. The seating was comfortable, and the amenities were noteworthy, including fast-charging points and functional fans. Given the winter season, the heater was a welcome feature, and the drivers kindly activated it, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere within the bus. The drivers were courteous and professional, ensuring a hassle-free journey. The bus itself was immaculately clean, and I was pleased with the overall service. The fare was reasonable, and the drivers' navigation skills were impressive. I highly recommend Intercape Budgetliner for its reliability, comfort, and value for money.

We travelled with BigSky instead of Intercape Budget liner. The BigSky had broken seats Infront of me, so whenever the front passenger leaned the seat was leaning back to my knees all the time. So he was forced not to lean at all. Imagine travelling for 8 hours with such discomfort! The seats were not comfortable, as a result my back was painful when I got to my destination. This was a disappointment for me because I travelled with Intercape Budget liner on the 16th of December and it was comfortable, hence I booked it again for my return. The only good thing about the trip was the fact that the bus didn't break down and we made it within the estimated time, otherwise...

It was very awful and very disappointing.it was a very uncomfortable ride for a 22 hour ride we only rested twice between Pretoria and Capetown and the driver kept on blasting the heater and the aircorn on full even when passengers kept on telling them to switch them off because the needed neither of the above it was a very good weather throughout the journey.
