However, some concerns include limited service frequency to Sudbury, cold conditions at Vaughn Go-Transit during winter, and occasional issues with bus odor or malfunctioning switches.

The whole experience was a nightmare. There wasn’t enough information at Union Station. I’m 74 years old and I was sent all over the place to try to figure out where to catch the train. I spoke to several GO train reps and information. Everyone sent me to a different place. Once I finally found the correct train I rode it from Toronto to King City where I was supposed to transfer to a bus to take me to Barrie. Station was closed, no one around to help. No idea where to catch the bus. No signs directing me to a bus pick up. Total disaster. I booked an Uber to take me to Barrie. $66 additional. What a horrible time I had.

The driver was very helpful and friendly but the bus was approx 45 min late. The seats are ok but the the upholstery needs updating.
