The Canada Bus User Reviews
The Canada Bus offers a convenient and well-priced service, with clean buses that are generally appreciated by travelers. However, several users have noted challenges such as unclear bus stop locations, occasional delays in departure times ranging from 20 to over 30 minutes late, and maintenance issues like malfunctioning air conditioning or uncomfortable seating. Additionally, some passengers reported concerns about the driving experience and lack of power outlets on certain seats. Despite these points of feedback, many customers still found their trips satisfactory overall due to the positive aspects mentioned earlier.
my experience with Canada Bus was amaizing, driving was safe, however the driver was a little bit rude to me and my family with yelling and telling the instruction in a very rude way and I was avoiding her as much as i can because she was loud and make me feel I am an ignorant person. I was with my teenage kids they were so quite headphones on and so polite. she just doesn't like us as a first impression thinking this is a woman with her kids now. I promise we where very quite and respectful. she make me and my kids feel uncomfortable all the way going to and coming from edmonton

The promptness, clean bus and pricing is at the top of my list. I was however not impressed with the driving among traffic. For example, the was an audible voice alarm from the driver compartment to the driver “brake brake brake!!” In traffic as we were on Hwy 2 northbound 10 minutes from our departure. Also, as we departed our Red Deer stop, driver pulled out from our stop directly in front of a commuting fire truck. Both the bus and fire truck engaged brakes heavily. Also I noted that driver would come up behind slower traffic on two occasions very close, accelerate and get very close to slower vehicle as he changed lanes to pass, another audible proximity bell alarm would sound as the front passenger side of the bus came very close to driver rear of other car. The rear view by the other driver would be traumatizing. Travelling only in passing lane for long periods forcing faster vehicles to pass on right also noted. At my destination I spoke to driver outside separately who explained sensors were misaligned. This was not the case as myself and other passengers saw differently. Other passenger noted driver not wearing seat belt. This driver needs some remedial training, he advised they do no re-certification yearly. There were uncomfortable situations for those passengers paying attention.

But ride was over 20 mins late, no water was given out but on a random seat as it had said there would be water given out and snacks. The chargers were outdated and I had no way to charge my phone as I was catching a flight at the airport. For the amount of money spent, I was not impressed at all with this experience and would ultimately want a compensation as I recommended this bus also to 3 other people who had bad experiences

Make people stick to their respective seat numbers. Its not fair for people who book tickets together to sit together.

Well bus was 25 minutes late so didn’t start off good however trip was ok however bathroom was so hot and lights not good turn off as I was in there so dark then at my seat I kept smelling burnt rubber so that was unpleasant but I did arrive at my destination, so I’m thankful for that
