The provision of blankets, pillows, snacks, and meals added to a pleasant experience. However, some noted minor inconveniences such as unexpected early arrivals or loud communal TVs at times. Overall though Todo Turismo is well-regarded for delivering on its promises with professionalism.
The office in Uyuni was great, easy to check bags in early when we arrived from our tour of the salt flats and we were able to use the waiting area to share our phones and use the free wifi. The bus itself was really comfortable, the food provided was simple but tasted good and the attendant on the bus was lovely - we were delayed by several hours due to an accident that blocked the road and they provided updates and offered to help people who had people meeting them in La Paz to make any alternative arrangements they needed

The bus in whole is a great overnight bus. However, we were given the back seats on bottom floor and they didn’t recline to the full amount, resulting in us not being able to get to sleep fully. The other seats are great and comfortable, do not go for the back seats
