Big Sky User Reviews
Big Sky offers a generally pleasant travel experience, although some users have noted areas for improvement. While the trips are often enjoyable, there have been reports of discomfort due to thin seat foam and delays caused by certain passengers. Additionally, feedback suggests that enhancing customer service could further improve the overall journey experience with Big Sky.
I recently had the pleasure of traveling with Big Sky, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the breathtaking scenery and the warm hospitality of the staff. My skiing experience was exceptional, with access to diverse terrain and excellent snow quality. The resort's lifts were efficient, and the staff were always happy to offer advice and guidance. One of the highlights of my trip was the stargazing experience. The clear night sky was a sight to behold, and the knowledgeable guides added depth and context to the experience. While traveling with Big Sky, I also had the opportunity to go on a bike adventure. The scenic routes and supportive staff made for an exhilarating experience, and I appreciated the chance to challenge myself on the trails. If I were to offer any suggestions for improvement, it would be to consider measures to manage crowds during peak season and to provide more sheltered areas for stargazing on cold nights. Overall, however, I was thoroughly impressed with Big Sky's services and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an unforgettable travel experience. Rating: 4.5/5 stars

I was lucky enough not to have anyone seated next to me, so I was a little more comfortable than if someone had been there. What I was not pleased about what the lack of communication at the check-in point. I waited in line for about an hour. There was just no order, which caused a few people to almost miss their busses.

The bus was 1 hour 45 minutes late.

The bathroom was smelling terrible & the charging ports were not working. this obviously has nothing to do with big-sky per-say but there were people drinking alcohol & making a noise throughout the whole night which was very unpleasant.

My experience with Big Sky was disappointing. The bus changed the pickup stop at the last minute, and I was left behind. I had to follow the bus all the way to Mthatha. They claimed they had called me about the change, but I didn’t receive any call or message. Very poor communication. They should have sent an sms at least or email
