my partners name wasn’t on the booking sheet even though she was on my booking so we were put to the side (even though we were one of the first in line) until the rest of the bus boarded - wasn’t happy as only single seats left - luckily the bus drivers were nice enough to offer up their reserved seats at the front of the bus. We booked at the same tome yet one of us wasn’t on there causing us to stress a little. Would also be could if the drivers could of informed that we could descend at stop offs as we weren’t advised of anything at all

The bus never show up, they telephone don’t works and has no one to contact to talk about a refound. Horrible!

Too many peoples in the bus, and happens a overbooking. Many people’s stays in Amsterdam. I don’t like that. I will not travel with the CityBusExpress again
