Bus left on time and arrived early. Big comfy seats that recline quite far. Working clean toilet on board. Bus driver was nice and professional and helped people through the border. I’ve seen lots of bad reviews for this company and I was pleasantly surprised so wanted to leave a nice review :)

Bus turned up promptly. Comfy seats, lots of space and fast border crossing. But long wait in Calama - didn’t move for an hour after only driving 45 mins. Then had to change buses after the border to a less nice bus. Lots of stopping also. But then we did arrive early!

El personal fue grosero y no brindó ninguna orientación sobre el formulario de ingreso a Bolivia. Además, se molestaron cuando mencioné que no lo había completado al entrar al país, lo cual fue muy desagradable. El autobús no tenía calefacción ni aire acondicionado, y el asiento que compré en línea estaba sobrevendido, lo que hizo que el inicio del viaje fuera muy malo. Esta experiencia fue tan negativa que terminé modificando todos los trayectos restantes en autobús durante el viaje. Fue un trayecto tan decepcionante que me hizo tomar la decisión de no volver a utilizar autobuses para moverme mientras viaje por Sudamérica.

Easy to find Bus office at Uyuni. Staff were helpful and direct. We had 2 or 3 stops on the way. Interesting to use the bathroom and get a quick snack literally in the middle of the mountains.

Absolutely terrible ride. First of all the seats we got were broken, there was no middle part so the lady next to me overflowed into my seat. Very uncomfortable for 11 hour ride. Also the bus was freaking cold for most of the ride. The border process was smooth and quick.
