Book FFGERTSE Bus Tickets

It was very disorganised, we were almost made to pay for our luggage and there was a 6 hour delay without any communication at all

The bus is labeled luxury but it was a whole mess, starting from the staff the customer service was the wordt I've ever experienced, lack of time management, the bus picked us up 1hr later & it's time of arrival was late by five hours, the bus was supposed to drop us at the park station, but the bus driver dropped us in an unsafe area far from park station & i almost got robbed two times by amaphara, i missed my second bus because this ff gertse bus was too slow it was supposed to arrive at 10:40 am but instead it arrived at 14:00 pm 4 hours later & i had to make a plan in order to reach my second destination because my second bus left before i arrived. This was the worst ride ive ever had in my life

I booked a bus for 15:20 and I left 20:30 no communication no nothing very poor customer service. One lady was beaten by one of conducter guys for seeking clarity and complaining about being there for 1pm and they left her after that. Bus exchange was a turn of a bus from bloem with no Window very very bad experience

I'm still on my way to my destination as we speak where else the bus was supposed to reach Johannesburg in 7:30 and now I'm already late for my connecting bus

It was horrible experience with this bus, the bus was scheduled to arrive in Cape town station at 18:40 then it was late, the bus came to the station around 20:40. We ran out of diesel during our journey to Johannesburg, we had to wait for 2 hours to get money for fuel, the driver ran and left us in the bus for that 2 hours. It took the bus 29 hours to get to Johannesburg from Cape town

very bad experience with FFGERTSE don't recommend tye bus to anyone, bad customer service, was suppose to arrive in cape town by 10:00 guys what at 12:00 I was still on the road it's 14:00 now and am still on the road😭😭😭😭😭 to add the bus is not even registered😭😭
