The drivers took us safely from Istanbul east and southwards throughout the night. As a foreigner I was very happy to see that they had safety belts and that they changed the driver more than once so that they could rest. They also offered us drinks and it was lovely to sit among the turkish people.

Bus start on time and served the complementary tea and snacks. Worst part it stopped more than 6 stops between istanbul to goreme. Each time they stop switch on all light and disturbed our sleep. Bus driving under the speed limit Power adapter in the middle of the seat is not working.

Terrible Experience Overall There was more than an hour delay right at the beginning of the trip. We didn’t stop for dinner until around 11 PM, which was far too late and very uncomfortable. Throughout the journey, the air circulation on the bus was extremely poor, making the ride unpleasant. To make matters worse, instead of arriving at the scheduled destination, Alibeyköy Otogarı, the bus unexpectedly made its final stop at Esenler Otogarı without any proper explanation. Our estimated arrival time was 1:30 PM, but we didn’t get there until 6:30 PM — a five-hour delay.

This was by far the worst trip I’ve ever had. We paid for a VIP ticket, but what we got was a very old, uncomfortable bus that was absolutely not VIP. There was no WiFi, the seats were extremely tight, and the bus was in poor condition from the start. To make things even worse, the bus broke down near the end of the trip, and we were forced to change to a different bus. The whole experience was stressful, uncomfortable, and far below what was promised. We were completely misled and overcharged. I would strongly advise others to avoid Metro Turizm, especially if you're expecting anything close to VIP service.
