I was at the station 1.5hours early to print my ticket for 4.15 bus that i booked months ago. When i later tried to pass onto the bus the people behind the desk said there was no 4.15 bus even though the app said there was and that i couldnt get the bus till the next day. I am very disappointed and would like a refund as the reason I was delayed a transfer to puerto escondido was completely out of my power
