A boss type of host- unhelpful and well known for leaving passengers behind. Litter was thrown everywhere. customers were left unguided. Take it or leave it situation Left after an hour of the scheduled time.

Firstly we were supposed to depart at 3pm only to depart at 3:30pm . Got to Zimbabwe side and the bus got arrested by ZIMRA at 10 am and we had to head to Masvingo only to be let free at 7 pm . I was supposed to arrive in Harare at 2:30 pm and still I'm not yet there. I'm very disappointed by this experience as this bus services came highly recommended

Was expecting Wifi from the offices when we were waiting for the bus and in the bus as we got luxury couch from Midrand. There is no proper communication with passengers. I almost missed the bus due to the operator's lack of communication.
