Bus Tickets from Granada to Estación de Autobuses de Algeciras

It would be nice to let the passengers stow their luggage without waiting until the driver decides to leave

We took the bus from Granada to Algeciras, stopping at Malaga. I was sleeping in the back and asked to remain on the bus when it stopped. The driver insisted I get off and return to the bus in a half hour. I sat on a bench outside, close to where our bus pulled up, to wait. I must have dozed off and the bus left without me and my wife, our luggage and carry-ons still on the bus. My complaint is only with the driver. We took an ALSA bus from Madrid to Granada and had a pleasant experience. Also, it was thanks to a woman at the ALSA desk in Malaga that we were put on another bus 20 minutes later and all of our stuff was waiting for us when we arrived. I was annoyed that the driver wouldn't let me stay on the bus since I was worried about falling asleep and missing my ride. I was furious when the driver left without noticing that 2 passengers on a fully booked bus, the only two Americans, were not onboard

Some confusion over lack of seat assignments on electronic bus tickets, but otherwise ok.
