Bus Tickets from Pearson Toronto Airport to London

The bus was delayed by more than 30 minutes, without any communication. Then there was a off route stop without any explanation. In addition, there was a bus changed which took quite a while for us to continue the journey. In conclusion the trip took more than a hour later than was estimated to finish

Driver made every effort to accommodate passengers and get them there on time. He tried to accommodate different drop off locations within company policy as well, which he was unable to do. Commendable effort!

The bus was freezing cold. I had to ask the driver to turn on the heat. He was going very fast passing vehicles because he was running late. An interior alarm kept going off as he passed vehicles.

This was my first experience with Flixbus and it was horrible. The bus was probably 20 min late. The bus was clean and comfortable but the driver did not know where he was going. He turned into Kitchener for drop off but had a hard time finding the proper place to stop. Once he had stopped there questions arose as to whether he was going to make the Doon stop. He didn't seem to know. He then did a U-turn and stopped at a Peavey Mart. He struggled to find the way back to the 401 and proceeded on to London. He drove past the Wellington Road exit and I yelled out to ask if he was stopping in London. He said yes and pulled over to the side of the 401 and it looked like he was going to try to make a U-turn on the 401 to go back. There was an uproar from the people at the front of the bus, telling him not to do that. He finally got off at the Wonderland Road exit and proceeded north to the stop at King and Waterloo. He opened the baggage doors when he stopped and proceeded to tell us that it would be easier if we went to the traffic side of the bus to retrieve our luggage. Easier, yes, safer, No. We arrived over an hour late because of the driver not knowing where he was going. A horrible experience

I appreciate the messages I got before the bus arrived to the Pearson airport. It was easier to spot the bus.

Arrived and left a little later than expected, but understandable because of rush hour. The bus was almost full, but the driver was very competent in managing the crowd. There was a problem getting all the luggage under the bus, but the driver managed to squeeze them in with some compromises. The bus was at the right temperature. It was annoying that the driver was continuously on the phone speaking loudly throughout the trip.

Tons of broken chairs, no lighting in bathroom, and the bathroom door was broken and would not lock or stay shut. It opened and closed and smelled the whole way. Traveling with a child that is not ideal.

Arrived on time was a plus. Bus very old with leaky air gap beside me, so wind rushing sound the whole journey, freezing cold. Also dirty. Driver LITERALLY did not stop talking on the phone the entire 2 hours…not sure this is the safest for a driver of a motor coach on the 401. Didn’t feel very professional service as a whole.

Very disappointed. I wasn’t informed that the bus was canceled. I waited 35 minutes before calling the office and was informed that the bus was canceled and that an email notification was sent the evening prior. I received no such notification. So, I’m very disappointed and had to arrange alternative transportation.

Most incredible bus service I've been on. Everyone cares: there's an attendant that serves water and the atmosphere was very friendly. They truly care about customer service and it reminded me of when service matter. I will always recommend Red Arrow to anyone travelling by bus.

Everything was wonderful. The ladies ( the driver and the assistant) were very nice.

Excellent trip! Comfortable seat, complimentary snack, on time, driver and the lady are very nice and friendly.

The bus cancelled on us and never notified us so we waited in the cold for an hour on Christmas Day missing Christmas dinner with our family

Needs easier ways to communicate and receive information. Too much guessing with the service to be provided.

My trip with OurBus was from Toronto (Front and York) to London, Ontario, with the final stop at the VIA Rail train station. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the bus did not stop at my intended destination, Western University behind Elgin Hall. I had planned my trip based on the location I booked, and this change caused significant inconvenience. I believe it's important for services like OurBus to maintain consistency with their stops, especially when passengers plan their trips based on the schedule and route they book. This experience was not acceptable.

I’m afraid there wasn’t a lot I was happy about. The driver was on his phone, the vehicle was old and has to go in the slow lane with hazards on as it was so slow.

Our experience was shockingly inadequate. After an international flight from Madrid we had anticipated the final homeward bus ride to be the least complex part of the trip. Told to be at terminal 1, pillar P4 15 minutes before our 5:05 p.m. bus - we followed instructions. By 5:30 there was no sign of the bus, so I checked messages and at 5:40 received one indicating the bus would be there by 5:35! There was no further communication from the company - nor did our bus ever arrive. At 6:45p.m. (Having waited outside in the cold for 2 hours) an alternative company also heading for London, Ontario was able to take us on board (at $40 each) and we arrived at our destination.

Bus did not show up. Or did not park where shown in the ticket. Had to book another bus casing a further two hours delay.

Our flight at the Toronto airport was canceled at 10:30 We went online and booked the velocity bus. The price was perfect and we were on it by 11:20, and headed home. The driver was courteous, polite and helpful, we were in London in about 2 hours. It was great.

Well, my son and I enjoyed the entire Velocity bus ride experience. They definitely made a excellent first impression on us. Would I ride again? ABSOLUTELY!

I was 10 mins late to the airport pickup location because my baggage had not yet arrived, I made a call and asked if the driver could stay until I collect my bags and he was kind enough to wait for those extra minutes!

The shuttle was 40min late. It's a pity because then the journey was comfortable and the van very clean.

It was amazing and very professional. The ride was smooth and quick. The car itself was quiet clean and tidy!

Phenomenal experience. Driver was on-time (actually early), extremely diligent, and respectful. He is a very safe driver. Altogether an excellent experience. Highly recommended!
