Service was courteous and comfortable both ways. Everything was bang on time departing and arriving. First time on Flix so quite impressed and will definitely use this service again. Only thing I would recommend is taking a little time to clean the fold up tables for hygiene purposes- can be really off putting for squirmish people like myself- lol. then it would be absolutely perfect 😆

Busses and drivers etc were all good. What was disappointing was the long wait between busses for the various stages. Whilst I accepted this when I booked, I was very surprised and disappointed that there was no seating at the bus stop in Trieste. It was 9.00 pm drop off and just after midnight and very windy and cold where we had to wait three hours in what was basically a large shed. No shops or hotels were open so we couldn't buy food, drink or access to a toilet. Fortunately, I discovered a train station near the bus stop where we found some seating and shelter from the wind. We were lucky that the station hadn't closed down for the night however the toilet was locked up. The Bus companies should have advised when I booked the tickets. Again very disappointing and found it unbelievable that this would be okay.

It was not the driver fault a passenger family took over an hour to complete borderline security I t made some delay to reach buffalo airport I almost missed my flight Only request if any passenger makes it delay for more than half an hour should be able to board the next bus possible Hope the official will look in to it Thanks
