Waited for the bus for Zagreb to Sarajevo for 2 hours and it never arrived without any notification. Had to buy tickets for the next available bus (5 hours later) with the same carrier. It was also half hour late and stopped every 30 minutes for the operators to smoke, get snacks, stretch legs etc and we arrived 1 hour late. Wouldn’t recommend this carrier

Bus driver made unscheduled stop close to the airport. He said if someone wants to exit there it's 10 euros in cash.
