Bus was nearly 2hours late, 0 communication on what the issue was. Do better next time.

The bus was extremely late with absolutely no communication about the estimated time of arrivals, if there was a plan to divert us to a different bus since there was an issue regarding the original bus.We had to speak with the other bus drivers just to try and get an understanding of estimated the issue was and we ultimately had to ourselves negotiate just to get on board a bus for tickets we paid for ,totally unacceptable

Bus was 1hour and 20minutes late, did not inform me that they are going to be late, almost missed my second bus in Pretoria. Phoned their office in Pretoria and the refused to give me any assistance. Will never use them again

The trip was nice, the bus is comfortable and the drivers are interactive which is nice. Although I did not like that passengers leave their trash on the seats when they exit their bus.

The bus was very late, it was 2hours late on a cold weather. I've never regretted to book a bus before like I did now.

I was disappointed by the time management, the bus arrived one hour late, and i had to call the office to check if it is still coming or not. But the bus was comfortable

I bought the ticket the previous day. When I arrived at the pickup point, the driver informed me that my name was not on the list. I showed him my e-ticket which I received via email the previous day but the driver insisted that I cannot get on the bus. The bus left me in Potchefstroom and I had to go back to town to buy another ticket from Intercape to get to Pretoria. I was on the phone with the helpline but they couldn't help me. The Excuse was that they did not see my ticket on the system.
