Bus Tickets from Pearson Toronto Airport to Ottawa

Made good time, the driver was friendly. My seat didn't have any charging ports or foot rests and the seats could have more space between them, especially since they aren't always full to capacity.

Bus reached 45 mins late to its destination. Traffic was not bad nor was the weather.

Total 4 passengers including me waited from 4:45pm to 5:55pm. We asked every driver if that was the bus going to Ottawa, all drivers said no. For sure, we did not get on the bus.

I didn't have wifi access during the trip even though I tried to get access numerous times.

The driver was very helpful and welcoming. The ride was smooth. However the bus was 25 minutes late to the pickup spot, which cause much anxiety among waiting passengers. I understand traffic was bad during that time in downtown Toronto, but I would really appreciate a text message about the delay and estimate pickup time.

It was good, cheap, clean, on time and comfort.

The trip itself was fine but arriving and finding the right location was difficult. I did not realize that the different bus companies had different bus stations at the same address.

I had a great experience with Rider Express. The bus departed ontime. Facilities in the bus is good. It was my first trip with them. It was difficult to find the departure location. The ticket said Entrance 7, which was a huge area. I had to go around and guess by seeing the other travellers.

The bus was insanely cold the entire trip from Toronto to Ottawa. I’ve never experienced a trip with absolutely no heating. The driver has little desire to load or unload any bags. This occurred May 8th at 8:30am with Rider Express.

It was a good trip between Toronto to Ottawa had to change buses 🚌 at Kingston than another 2 more hours to Ottawa

Reckless and rude driver. From Kingston to Ottawa. There was no access to washrooms on both rides from Toronto to Kingston and Kingston to Ottawa. The bus terminal in Kingston was closed and our only option was wait outside. People were urinating on the perimeter of the station as there was no other option. Utterly disgusted by the poor planning and lack of care.

The library was closed and it that cold weather there was no safe protected area to wait for bus to arrive. I would never choose that spot again with the terrible weather conditions and no consideration what so ever from the company. I traveled from union station before and it was a good experience. Bus delayed and within this long trip two of us could not even sit together! The only thing I liked was the bus (two levels with roof light). Since we couldn’t sit together, one of us had a bag tag stolen from us! The person sitting next to her told how cute is that and took it when she fallen sleep! It was a good token from our friends.

Amazing. The coaches are very well furnished and the seats are spacious. Hopefully they continue doing this

AMAZING, very comfortable chairs, lot of room, well air conditioned, friendly staff, wish seats would recline slightly but not a big deal

Loved that there were snacks and drinks provided. Very unhappy with the lack of cleanliness in the washroom

Hard to find bus the bus wasn’t called metro linx it was called Go bus !

Horrible they cancelled the trip and didn’t even email me. Trip was cancelled a few hours before. Entirely unprofessional. Still awaiting a response.

Today they didn't notify me that my bus was canceled and I was in the cold for a long time.

I didnt even go on that trip. The driver didnt show up. I was there waiting for 4 hours out the cold. No one contacted me neither is there a number i could contact.

Clean and comfortable bus. Courteous and caring bus driver. I had a fantastic ride with MapleBus, very convenient location for us in Barrhaven to be transported. Happy to recommend this company!

I've no complaints for the trip itself but the information is terrible outdated and the communication has been terrible

The bus took more than 40 minutes to reach its destination and the pickup was delayed by more than an hour.

Terrible service. Being informed 2 hours after the departure time that the shuttle was experiencing issues and would not arrive was unacceptable. Had to book a flight back home that cost me 700$.

Driver was 2 and half hours late. Came in a sienna car and not a bus ! Got to ottawa and driver didn’t stop at Bayshore mall and went straight to Downtown. Very unprofessional driver, played loud music all through the journey.

Pick up was on time.
