Greyhound User Reviews
Greyhound passengers have shared mixed experiences. Many appreciated the smooth ticketing process and pleasant drivers, highlighting that buses generally arrived on time despite some delays at transfer points. However, concerns were raised about cleanliness, seat conditions, safety at certain stations like Atlanta's bus station, and issues with baggage assistance and power sockets onboard.
I liked the drop off and pickup. I liked how there were seatbelts. I wish there was a trash can on board or maybe some kind of cleaning service. Like how on a flight the attendants clean in between stops. I feel like there should be someone on board besides the driver so that when we stop they can do a quick clean before we continue the trip

Everything was very smooth as far as the ticket check and boarding. The bus was clean and the driver was pleasant. Only problem I had was the leg room. My right knee only bends 25% so I always sit at the aisle so that I can straighten it. I'm sure that's a safety hazard although I try as much as I can to tuck it in. Also the sockets were loose, charger continued to fall out.

No AC for a 4 hour ride? It was unbearable

Experience was bad, I said ‘excuse me’ to ask a question to the driver and he simply yelled at me and his aggressiveness. I didn’t expect much from lower class people, but I was expecting a normal conversation atleast. The bus was smelly, would not use Greyhound again.

For whatever reason, the seats weee assigned which never happened before. I was assigned a seat by the wheel which was very small and uncomfortable compared to the other seats. And I had to sit next to someone even thought they were other seats available on the bus. Another lady complained she was seated by the engine and it was getting too hot for her back there.
