Orléans Express User Reviews
Orléans Express receives praise for its punctuality, cleanliness, and friendly drivers. However, some users report issues with unclear communication regarding bus schedules and signage. Concerns about uncomfortable seating arrangements and non-functional amenities like Wi-Fi are also noted. Additionally, there were instances of delayed departures affecting the overall travel experience for passengers.
The driver was really friendly. The journey itself was really easy and we got to our destination quite quickly. But what I didnât like was that there was no clear sign for the bus stop so we had to run up and down in the airport and ask at least 2 staff members. Would have been nicer if there had been any sign inside or outside at the arrival area. And not only after walking half the way down all the bus stops.

Honestly, the seats were unnecessarily curved and bumpy in a way that made no seating position comfortable. On top of that, amenities like usb ports didnât work for anyone on the bus. And finally, the driver was a bitânot reckless but I certainly didnât feel completely at ease by the way they were driving.
Omar E.
It was comfortable and I like that there was a 10minute stop. One note is that the place to find the bus was a bit confusing and so get there early to ensure you are at the right pick up location.

I had a very relaxed trip, thanks đ

I was seated next to a young teenager who took off his shoes, and so did his girlfriend and another young teenager in front of me took off her shoes and even socks. She let her bare feet and rubbed her toes on the seat. It smelled like sweaty feets and it was disgusting, the chauffeur did nothing about it.
