Bus Tickets from Toronto to London Station

Hi - I called to see what the status of the pickup was. Late - no email or text. There must be an app you can use to inform passengers in real time about delays and approximate time of arrival. Lots of rain - driver seemed inattentive to passenger comfort. Pouring rain; he opened back side door for passengers to get out and was oblivious the rain was coming in fast and furious and soaking seats and passengers. He was looking at his phone. I mentioned it would be helpful to have a few towels to wipe the seats and that passenger comfort is important. He could use some coaching with customer relations and simple courtesy of interacting - thanking people for driving with your company and tuning in to customers when dropping g passengers off and picking others up.

I didn’t appreciate the fact that the driver was 45 minutes late, he completely SKIPPED a stop and did not listen to instructions from his guide on the phone about pulling over so some of us could get home on our scheduled time since he was late and missed a stop.

Convenient time options (2 am) for when our flight landed, so that we didn't have to sleep at a hotel or in the airport.

Most incredible bus service I've been on. Everyone cares: there's an attendant that serves water and the atmosphere was very friendly. They truly care about customer service and it reminded me of when service matter. I will always recommend Red Arrow to anyone travelling by bus.

I’m afraid there wasn’t a lot I was happy about. The driver was on his phone, the vehicle was old and has to go in the slow lane with hazards on as it was so slow.

Our experience was shockingly inadequate. After an international flight from Madrid we had anticipated the final homeward bus ride to be the least complex part of the trip. Told to be at terminal 1, pillar P4 15 minutes before our 5:05 p.m. bus - we followed instructions. By 5:30 there was no sign of the bus, so I checked messages and at 5:40 received one indicating the bus would be there by 5:35! There was no further communication from the company - nor did our bus ever arrive. At 6:45p.m. (Having waited outside in the cold for 2 hours) an alternative company also heading for London, Ontario was able to take us on board (at $40 each) and we arrived at our destination.

Bus did not show up. Or did not park where shown in the ticket. Had to book another bus casing a further two hours delay.

My Experience Is Always A Pleasure, Traveling with VIA Rail. Courteous & Polite Staff as well as Conductors. Take Serious Action In Their Job Performance. The service and food was good but there was a delay of 1 hours 20 minutes on a trip of 5,5 hours.. I was suppose to have a connection of more than a hour so it will give me time to eat but it end up I coudnt and also my second trip from Toronto to London was also delay.

The food was actually quite good on the ride, the server was as good as can be for working solo. I was disappointed I couldn't figure out where the business lounge was at Union Station.

It was very convenient landing in toronto pearson going to the ground level with clear markings. The bus driver was polite and he got us there on time.

The bus arrived in good time. The bus driver was dressed appropriately, and he was courteous and professional. The only thing I missed was an announcement stating that we were on our way to London, Ontario. (We explored part of Mississauga on our way to the 401, and I was a but worried that we were going somewhere else, until I became fully aware that we were going towards London.) The driver drove the shuttle bus well, and I appreciated his service!
